To celebrate the end of the school year, we threw a Beyoncé album listening party complete with a photo booth, mocktails themed snacks and folks dressed to impress.

Goal: Help residents have a fun little break during their busy finals season

Team: 7 RAs

Budget: $250

  • $165 for food and drinks

  • $45 for decor

  • $40 for photo booth props

Setup:

  • Table in back with western themed snacks and RA making mocktails

  • TV with lyric videos in front

  • Photo booth with ring lights, metallic backdrop and cowboy props

  • Western themed table toppers, balloons across floor, holographic wall decor, and space light for ambiance
